Annual E&O Seminar

Earn CE. Earn a Premium Discount. Reduce Your Risk of an E&O Exposure.

Join us for our annual E&O Loss Control seminar presented by Jim Keidel and Chris Weldon of KWC, LLP along with IAAC President, Brian Bixby. Our team of experts will review a recent court decision issued in an E&O lawsuit and discuss the legal, ethical and procedural issues that arise when an agency is sued by a client.  We have a panel discussion that goes over various issues that state legalization of cannabis presents for the insurance industry.  There will also be a review of forms of documentation used by insurance agencies along with a discussion of a matter in which regulatory action was taken against an insurance agency related to violation of state laws and regulations.
