A Day of Inspiration, Connection & Empowerment
The Women in Insurance Summit brought together an incredible community of women from across the independent insurance industry for a day dedicated to connection, personal growth, and professional development. Held at The Woman’s Club of White Plains, the Summit created a welcoming space where women from every role and stage in their career could step away from their daily routines, invest in themselves, and connect with others who understand their journeys.
The day was filled with fresh perspectives, meaningful conversations, and practical takeaways. Keynote speaker Brooke Liu inspired attendees to think intentionally about the people in their corner during Building Your Personal Cabinet, exploring the power of trusted relationships in navigating challenges and pursuing new opportunities. In her signature session, Beyond the Busy Culture, Kristy Mandour challenged attendees to rethink how they spend their time and energy, encouraging them to set boundaries, reclaim their priorities, and make more room for what matters most.
Some of the most memorable moments happened through the connections made with one another. During interactive roundtable discussions, attendees exchanged experiences, shared advice, and found encouragement in conversations with women navigating similar challenges and aspirations.
