Find instructions and quick links to help you navigate and troubleshoot our webinar systems.
An email will be sent to the individual registered with the webinar access link by 8:00 AM on the morning of the program. We recommend joining the webinar 20 minutes before the broadcast starts in case any issues arise.
System Requirements
You may participate using any of the following:
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Smartphone
- Tablet
Computer Requirements
- Reliable internet connection
- Working speakers (there is no call-in option to listen through your phone)
Mobile Device (Smartphone or Tablet) Requirements
- Reliable internet connection (if you are not connected to Wi-Fi, the terms of your phone provider’s data usage plan may apply)
- Zoom mobile app (free download from the app store)
Note: The invitation email sent the morning of the webinar will also provide helpful details to ensure your computer or mobile device is ready to run the program.
