About
Eric Miller is an information technology professional with more than 35 years of experience spanning a broad range of technical and leadership roles. Since 2011, he has served as Systems Administrator at Big I New York, where he oversees the organization’s IT infrastructure and operations. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic implementation, maintenance, and security of systems across the enterprise, including network architecture, cybersecurity, endpoint management, telecommunications, printing services, and business-critical software applications.
Prior to joining Big I New York, Eric was the Manager of Information Systems for a publishing company. There, he directed the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the company’s technology infrastructure while also leading a team of website designers. His leadership ensured reliable system performance, strengthened digital capabilities, and supported the organization’s evolving operational needs.
Originally from Sandy Creek, New York, Eric now resides in Cicero, New York. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys growing and sharing hot peppers grown in his garden and perfecting his craft of slow-smoking barbecue.
