Notice of Annual Meeting of Members & Online Voting

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Members of Big I New York (the “Association”) will be held at Turning Stone Resort Casino, 5218 Patrick Road, Verona, NY, on May 4, 2026, at 5:15 pm for the following purposes:

1. To elect Regional Directors:
   • East-North Region two (2) Directors to serve for a two (2) year term
   • Metro-Suburban Region one (1) Director to serve for a two (2) year term
   • West-Central Region one (1) Director to serve for a two (2) year term
     *Your proxy ballot will only list your Regional Director(s)
2. To elect the Chair of the Board and Vice Chair/Secretary-Treasurer for a term of one (1) year each.
3. To elect the National Director for a term of three (3) years.
4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Only members in good standing on the date of the Annual Meeting are entitled to vote at the meeting and any adjournment.

You are welcome to attend the annual meeting. However, to assure your representation at the meeting, you are urged to cast your vote at BigINY.org/vote (member login required).  If you attend the meeting, you may vote either in person or by proxy. Any proxy given may be revoked by you in writing or in person at any time prior to the exercise thereof.
