Ryan St. Windsor is a manager and executive assistant with over 20 years of experience across the food and beverage, hospitality, and nonprofit insurance sectors. Her work has focused on supporting teams, keeping operations running smoothly, and creating positive, functional work environments. 

In recent years, Ryan transitioned from hospitality management into a formal office environment and currently serves as Executive & Office Assistant for Big I New York. In this role, she supports executive leadership and the Board of Directors with travel coordination, event planning, member services, licensing support, and day-to-day office operations. 

Originally from the Rochester, NY area, Ryan now lives in Syracuse with her wife, their son, and more pets than planned. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling when possible, and spending time at home.
