As Digital Marketing & Project Specialist, Kim plays a central role in keeping Big I NY’s marketing and project initiatives running smoothly and successfully. She manages all marketing email communications, oversees projects from kickoff to completion, and coordinates seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to ensure every detail is executed on time and on point.

Known as the go-to marketing contact, Kim excels at organization, communication, and follow-through. Her ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining clarity and momentum makes her a trusted leader across projects.

She also manages Support New York marketing, ensuring partners receive their deliverables accurately and on schedule. When something needs to get done (and done well), Kim is the person to call.

Kim resides in North Syracuse with her husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Outside of work, you’ll often find her crocheting, reading, or baking something sweet.
