Kathy Lawler, AAI, is AVP of Industry & Community Partnerships. She champions Big I NY local associations across New York state to provide resources they need to thrive. She is the staff liaison for the NY First Governing Committee, a coalition of insurance agents and companies. She supports governance activities for the Big I NY Board of Directors, who work diligently to represent the voice of independent agencies in New York State.
Prior to joining Big I NY in 2004, she was a commercial lines field representative for Travelers Insurance.
