She currently serves as an Assistant Underwriter at Big I NY, where she supports members with underwriting, submissions, policy issuance, and relationship management while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Previously, Kaitlyn held roles at iTrust Advisors, LLC and Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of NY, specializing in agent contracting, regulatory compliance, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Kaitlyn resides in Syracuse, NY, with her partner for life, Jesse, and bonus daughter, Aria—where you can find all three of them rooting for SU football and men’s lacrosse.
