Jacquie is the President and a Licensed Insurance Agent and Broker at Robert L. Kelly General Insurance Agency, a third-generation, family-owned agency proudly serving Central New York. After a successful career in higher education, where she advised and counseled students, Jacquie transitioned into the insurance industry, bringing with her a strong foundation in personalized service, thoughtful advising, and community connection. Today, she leverages those same skills to assess the unique needs of her clients and deliver customized coverage solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.
Working alongside her father, Joseph Kelly, Jacquie is committed to preserving the trusted, relationship-driven legacy her grandfather began over 50 years ago, while embracing innovation to meet modern client needs. Under her leadership, the agency has undergone a digital transformation, introducing a new website, a web-based phone system, and upgraded management tools to provide customers with more accessibility and convenience. Specializing in auto, home, life, and business insurance with a particular focus on small businesses, nonprofits, and churches, Jacquie is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
