About
Ashley brings over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, having held roles across agency operations, employee benefits technology solutions, and marketing with a national wholesale broker. Known for her collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset, Ashley is passionate about driving results and helping teams meet and exceed their sales goals.
Ashley is deeply committed to supporting the next generation of insurance professionals. She joined the Advisory Board of Lancaster High School’s Academy of Finance in 2014, mentoring students on career readiness, and has been an active leader within the Big I WNY Board of Directors, serving as President from 2019 to 2021. She currently serves on the boards of the Insurance Club of Buffalo and the National Big I Young Agents Committee (YAC), and chairs the NextGen NY Committee, where she focuses on creating opportunities and resources for emerging leaders in the industry.
A proud Buffalo native, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and exploring new restaurants in Western New York.
