Project Invest connects high school and college students with the exciting world of insurance, and you can be part of it.
Our industry is facing a serious talent shortage. To build a pipeline of future professionals, we need to spark interest in insurance careers early. Most students have never even considered our field, yet many graduates of Insurance and Risk Management programs enjoy 90%+ job placement rates.
For more than 45 years, Invest volunteers have been in classrooms across the country, challenging outdated stereotypes that insurance is boring, stale, or lacks purpose. With hands-on lessons and real-world insights, students discover what we already know: Insurance is a dynamic, rewarding, and impactful profession— one where people thrive while making a difference in their communities.
